Provided for every home as a printed foam board or vinyl sticker, and additionally as a digital PDF, our QR access sheets make it easy for customers to access their home information hub and follow along videos whenever they need. They simply go to utility cupboard and scan their QR code or enter the web address into any browser to access their personalised link.

All our links and the information hub work dynamically so content can be updated after installation, allowing us to provide up to date information without needing to re-access the home.

Our YourHome.Guide online portal is accessible 24 hours a day, 365 days a year with 99.9% uptime to ensure that home information is available whenever a homeowner, building manager or contractor requires. All pages are responsive optimising layouts for phone, tablet and desktop sizing to maximise accessiblity and an app version of our portal is also in development.

Each home’s hub is protected by a homecode ‘password’ to restrict access to non-confidential property information such as fire procedures, how to guides and fixture & fitting specifications to those with access to the QR Access Sheet in the home.

Confidential information including digital documents, maintenance reminder responses, homeowner supplied data and ownership of the home’s YourHome.Guide account are protected by username and password, with a homeowner being required to authorise any additional members access to the household.
